  Perfect website to book tickets. Good to see all the show running on the day you went to go see a show. Good to have reviews of the shows and the sits. Good to see the map view of the sits with being able to select the different option you went, simple paiement and good to be able to put the tickets in apple wallet.

  Simple online booking, no complications, tickets moved to Google Wallet... reason for 1 drop in stars is we booked 2 tickets but theatre had problem scanning as both under 1 qr code meaning you had to go to ticket booth to get second printed... get around is to print them off... but remember to take with you, we left our backups at home, lol

  The website is hit and miss. Multiple times (over 10 times) I tried to purchase my tickets but the site wouldn't respond. One time I got all the way to finalizing when the site froze but the countdown for the seats to be released continued until zero. I was lucky I tried again and I was able to purchase the tickets.

• Hello. With the exception of Thibaud Defretiere, who was wonderful,, I received terrible service. I ended up paying for two sets of tickets for the Lion King at the Lyceum. I would give London Box Office a below one rating if possible. I won’t be using London Box Office ever again.

  I only use London Box Office (LBO) to purchase Theatre tickets and have done for several shows. The process is efficient and straight forward. I especially like the prices linked to the seating map, so you can hover the mouse cursor over the seats you want and the cost is provided. Recently booked tickets for "To Kill a Mockingbird" and the e-tickets are free. I would recommend.

  Your site assured me that Catherine Tate would be in "Oh Mary!" She wasn't. I only booked that show because of Catherine Tate. No refunds or exchanges allowed even though Ms. Tate was the whole reason to see the show. Money down the drain.

• I printed off the tickets as advised but there was no bar code so this caused delay as we needed to go to the Box Office. The Staff dealt with this well. I have just looked at the tickets again and you can see the ticket seats and the individual ticket number but no bar code. The staff advised that this often happens.

• Far too pricey. After buying found a better price for better seats. I would not recommend London Box Office or use them again. The ‘Countdown’ on the website also put the pressure on to buy quickly.
