  Efficient and fast service. Prices are a bit high, but I don't know if that's due to box office pressure. Therefore, a positive review.

• I feel like I’ve been ripped off!

  Booked my 5 tickets at £105 each. When I clicked on the confirmation link 2 minutes later, it took me back to the booking site which showed that the same row tickets were priced at £89 each! Also there were other cheaper tickets closer to the stage which were not shown when I booked mine minutes earlier. I feel cheated.

  Either my wife or myself have used London box office on numerous occasions, we tend to book the tickets before we travel to UK and there is never any issue, reasonably priced , tickets in advance and sometimes we get upgraded, no issues recommending

  I was happy to be able to review theatre seating plan and therefore was able to book the seats that I wanted. Booking & payment went smoothly, acknowledgement via my email was prompt. I had to request the tickets as they We’re not sent shortly afterwards, but when requested the tickets were sent immediately to my email. Very satisfied with the service.

  Found the site ready to use, seats we cheaper than other sites plus no booking fees. Check out easy and able to print e-ticket or add them to phone. Would recommend this site.

  Wonderful! I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong evening. I contacted the rock’s office and they were able to assist me with fixing this error. It did cost a nominal fee to transfer the tickets to the different date. They were extremely helpful. My inefficiency is never another person’s crisis. But they rose above and beyond to treat me with kindness. This American appreciates that very much. I will probably not get back to London for several years and I had a wonderful time at the show.

  I wanted to book two tickets to see MJ on the Westend. I must have gone through about four websites looking for a more affordable price on the seats I wanted when I cam across the London Box Office. I got even better seat on my budget. Couldn't have been happier. And the show was fantastic!

  Very easy to book tickets. And, if you make a mistake, like I did, their customer service is superb. I contacted their customer service the moment I realized my tickets were for the right date but in the wrong month. I received a response in less than 24 hours with an exchange voucher for the price I paid. I was so relieved.

  The link to my tickets in the confirmation email didn’t work and I had to line up in the venue to sort it out. In addition to that the address was provided in the email was wrong!

  It was impossible to hear any of the dialogue from the actors because there didn't appear to be any speakers near the seats we purchased. If we had known we would have purchased better seats regardless of the cost. It's pointless getting seats that are so far away from the stage that it you can't hear the actors.
