• I wanted and bought two tickets for Back To The Future, all went very well, and I saved 25%, on the ticket price, booking on line with the London Box Office was very easy, and although I do not have a smart phone, I did manage to print off the e.tickets from my laptop.

• Beware of hidden Expiration dates

  Would never recommend nor use London Box Office after being cheated out of a £250 gift. They’re expiration notices that are sent with gift certificate emails are below the fold and hidden, so when an honest oversight was made and I went to use my gift I found out the hard way that it had expired (less than 1 month after the expiry date). I tried reaching customer service (only available over email) and was told a) that it had expired a year ago, which was not true as that was the issuance date and when I pointed out their error was told b) no exceptions. I could understand a penalty fee but to take the full amount in a cost of living crisis? That’s simply stealing. What service have they provided that would equate to £250? None. I’d prefer to support theatre box offices or TodayTix & have advised others I know to do the same.
