• Tickets didn't say which section of the theatre they were for

  The tickets stated numbers but didn't state which part of the Criterion theatre they were for. Staff at the doors of the different parts of the theatre couldn't tell where the tickets were for. It eventually required them to radio to the office to check my booking. It created unnecessary last minute stress.

  A very easy to use and efficient service.I was due to be in London for one day with an appointment in the morning so wanted to see what theatre matinee performances might be on in the afternoon.I put my date into "the system" and up came every theatre with tickets available.I decided on Moulin Rouge and had a very pleasant afternoon. Yes the seat was up in the Grand Circle but that was fine and the ticket was keenly priced with no booking fees or any other extras! I shall be using London Box Office next time I'm in London
